Screen Printed Nylon, (Surface Printed Ink)

Our long-lasting screen-printed flags are the choice for multiple production runs, or detailed designs that cannot be made by appliqué process.

The flags design reads correct on the front side and reverse (backwards) of the flag. We highly recommend that you use light color flag material with dark color imprint. With the surface ink print method, if you use a light color background for the flag and imprint dark ink on the flag, it will give you a good clean image on the other side of the flag.

If you choose a dark color flag and imprint light color ink on the flag, there will only be a slight image or no image on the other side. This is because the light colored ink will not penetrate through the dark material. (If you have to use a dark color flag with a light color imprint we recommend that you check out the Acid Dye Nylon, Dyed Duraknit Polyester or Appliqué process).

Artwork

When submitting artwork for quotation, we can usually give you a prompt quote after you have faxed or emailed art with brief explanation of what size, quantity you are looking for. When submitting artwork for production, you can email it to us or bring it to our business location.

Please submit art on disk or by email in PC Adobe vector/manipulative .ai or eps format. Files not ready for print may incur art charges. Art charges are billed at 55.00 per hour. We will advise you of any art charges when you submit your artwork. (Bottom Line: The better the art work you submit means less work for us, which means you will pay less.) You can submit artwork via Mail, Email or drop it by our business location.
