CUSTOM FLAGS Digital Dye Sublimation
New state of the art high resolution dye sublimation flag printing. One flag minimum. Near photographic quality on outdoor quality materials. Our dye sublimation and graphics departments are here to tackle your most challenging schedule. Colors matched based on either process or Pantone colors. Outdoor flags, the design reads normally correct on the front side and reverse (backwards) on the back side. This is called single construction. For parade or rodeo use, we can make two flags and sew them together, so the flag will read correct on both sides; this is called double construction. Finishes: Parade, rodeo, and indoor flags are usually finished with a pole hem, tabs, and fringed. Outdoor use flags are usually finished with a canvas header and two brass grommets.

When submitting artwork for quotation, we usually can give you a prompt quote after you have emailed or brought in art with brief explanation of what size, quantity you are looking for. When submitting artwork for production, please submit a disk or art work can be emailed. Art Work Format
Please submit art on disk or via email in PC Adobe vector/manipulative .ai or eps format. Files not ready for print may incur art charges. Art charges are billed at 55.00 per hour. We will advise you of any art charges when you submit your artwork. (Bottom Line: The better the art work you submit means less work for us, which means you will pay less.) |
