Acid Dyed Nylon

We can reproduce any design, simple or intricate and most colors you require onto 100% SolarMax nylon flags. Our exclusive Anco-Dye process uses genuine screen-dyeing techniques to faithfully execute your designs on both sides of you flag or banner.

This process features:

• Complete penetration of dye to the fabric's core, producing a rich, radiant appearance and extremely durable colors and designs.
• The advantage of dyed nylon is simple, it gives you a crisp, bright mirror image on the other side of the flag. The process starts with a white flag and dyes all colors into the nylon material.
• The acid dye process gives a soft supple finish, and is never stiff, like surface screen printing.

Artwork

When submitting artwork for quotation, we can usually give you a prompt quote after you have faxed or emailed art with brief explanation of what size, quantity you are looking for. When submitting artwork for production, you can email it to us or bring it to our business location.

Please submit art on disk or by email in PC Adobe vector/manipulative .ai or eps format. Files not ready for print may incur art charges. Art charges are billed at 55.00 per hour. We will advise you of any art charges when you submit your artwork. (Bottom Line: The better the art work you submit means less work for us, which means you will pay less.
